    “I work in a food chemistry lab which is great because I study chemistry. It’s very similar to an environment that I would be working in after I graduate college. It’s an analytical lab so we test foods to see if whats in it matches what’s on the dietary label. I’m a vegan so I’m always aware of that, and Tel Aviv is very very vegan friendly. They have little stickers in the windows of restaurants that says vegan friendly if they have vegan options and you never see that anywhere in the U.S.”
