By Phone: Our general phone lines are being forwarded during normal business hours (Monday through Thursday from 9am EST – 5pm EST and Fridays from 9am EST – 1:30pm EST), though we do ask your patience as we could be experiencing a high volume of calls. If we are unable to answer, leave a voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience as we respond to everyone’s inquiries as quickly as possible.

- Helpline: 212-339-6945 *For urgent matters or emergencies related to Onward Israel participants currently in Israel. While we appreciate that some matters are sensitive, we ask that you use this line with discretion for emergencies only (immediate/urgent medical issues of current participants, etc.). All other matters (including non-emergent medical and housing issues) should be directed to program staff on the ground (participants will be given their contact information of their staff at the beginning of their program) or our general inquiries line during business hours. During non-Business Hours, this line is forwarded to the Jewish Agency’s Situation Room. We ask for your patience as they forward your information to our staff in Israel.
