Due to the holiday there might be a slower response rate than normal. If you are calling to withdraw from a program, please email us and we will start the process after the holiday.
Due to concerns regarding COVID-19/Coronavirus, many of our staff are currently working remotely. If you call a staff member’s individual business line, please leave a voicemail which they will check regularly and then call you back. Our general inquiries phone line (212-339-6941) and our Help Line, (for urgent matters or emergencies related to Onward Israel participants currently in Israel, 212-339-6945) are being forwarded during normal business hours (Monday through Thursday from 9am EST – 5pm EST and Fridays from 9am EST – 1:30pm EST), though we do ask your patience as we could be experiencing a high volume of calls.
