“I’m currently a senior at the University of Connecticut studying Graphic Design. I’m interning at Studio Dov as a design intern through the Arts and Culture program. Like many of the current participants, I was originally supposed to come on an Onward trip last summer but couldn’t come due to the pandemic. Although upsetting at the time, I can confidently say that interning at Studio Dov was worth the wait. Since it’s a small studio of about 10 designers it’s quite literally a family dynamic from the laughs to the bickering and everything in between. From day one I was welcome with open arms into the studio family, even trusting me to help design countless projects for real clients. I’m very excited to see what the rest of the summer has in store, especially since the bar has been set so high only two weeks in.”
