“I’m from Newtown, Pennsylvania, and I’m currently going into my junior year at Syracuse University. I am studying Public Health with a concentration in Healthcare Management and minoring in Information Management and Technology. This summer, I’m interning at Health IL, a non-for-profit digital health innovation ecosystem. They work directly with all health organizations to define their needs and matching them to start-ups that can help provide innovative solutions to these issues. It’s been great learning about all the different health start-ups, hospitals, and pharmaceutical companies around the world. This experience has given me new confidence and insight into what industry I would like to work in after I graduate.I don’t want this summer to end, but I know I am coming home with a set of new skills I never thought I would have. I’m excited to see what the future holds for me.”
