“I decided to come on the Art’s and Culture Program in order to be immersed in the daily life of Israel. When I was fifteen I went on a month long trip, and while it was an amazing experience I always knew I would return for a longer time period where I could have more independence. Jerusalem’s history and mix of various cultures creates an interesting place to learn about the arts and culture scene as well as architecture. This summer I am interning at YBGSNA, one of the leading architecture firms in Jerusalem. I am working on the presentations for design proposals on various urban renewal projects.”
