“I work on the New Media Management team at OneDay Social Volunteering, a nonprofit that presents young professionals the opportunity to volunteer around Israel.

Since arriving in Tel Aviv, my favorite thing to do is: enjoy the beach, since every day is a beach day! I also enjoy exploring the city to find the best cuisine.

My favorite restaurant in Israel is: a small falafel shop behind Shuk HaCarmel (Carmel Market) where I’ve befriended the owner. After two and a half weeks, I’m officially a regular customer.

If my parents were here: I’d show them Tel Aviv’s vibrant culture, whether it’s Israeli nightlife or just enjoying Shabbat in a park.
