Amberley, South Palm Beach, 2022

Hi, my name is Amberley and I am on the South Palm Beach Onward Israel program through Destination Israel. I’m a rising senior at Florida State University, studying Psychology and Media Communications. I am interning at the Israel Daily News Podcast doing journalism. I write daily news stories about people, places, and events happening in Israel. I have always been interested in broadcast media, and working with the podcast has been such a great learning experience. Thanks to this internship, I have refined my writing skills and acquired more knowledge about this field. I now feel ready to take on any future position in broadcast media. Gaining international work experience has been so educational yet fun, and I am so thankful to have had this opportunity.
