The Diplomatic Jewish Leadership Incubator is a six-week immersive diplomatic experience and leadership training program uniquely designed by Masa Leadership Academy together with the Israeli Ministry for Foreign Affairs and Onward Israel in order to engage a select global cohort of young adults with its missions and Embassies around the world. The intensive internship and training opportunity will introduce participants to the world of Israeli diplomacy; the people, the issues and the skills.
The Diplomatic Jewish Leadership Incubator is designed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Masa Leadership Academy and carried out in partnership with Onward Israel.

Cost
A $75 US registration fee is required. Participants are responsible for arranging their own flights to and from Israel.
The Diplomatic Jewish Leadership Incubator includes:
-A six-week residential intensive incubator located in Jerusalem, Israel;
-High level internships in Jewish and Israel related interest groups and non-profits;
-A week-long certification-course at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
-Masa Leadership Academy trainings, case-study workshops and exposure visits;
-Opportunities to develop a relationship with participants’ local Israeli Mission;
-Participation in the Onward Israel network of opportunities and contacts;
-Time for self-care and independent growth.
-Open to Jewish participants aged 21-30 from all geographic regions;
-Suitable for young adults with an interest in Israel, international relations, diplomacy and in building their global leadership proficiencies;
-Who have NOT spent 3 or more months in Israel as part of an educational or peer-program (this includes semester abroad, gap year or any other program)
-For first time MASA participants;
-The program requires fluent English
Participants on Onward Israel programs that are run in partnership with Masa may return to Israel on long-term Masa programs after Onward Israel although the size of any potential scholarship may be influenced by prior participation on Onward Israel.
