Onward Israel Internship is a short-term program for young people who are interested in broadening their occupational spectrum, building entrepreneurial skills and gaining practical experience in leading companies from around the globe.

We offer you a unique opportunity to win a scholarship, which will allow you to acquire professional skills, and gain an international work experience at a minimal cost.

Israel is a world power of innovation. Therefore we believe it is essential to share this knowledge and experience with young people from Latin America, and thus strengthening our communities with better-trained people.

The Onward Israel Internship program is designed for applicants from Latin America that are interested in working and exploring Israel as close to locals as possible. Participants will be housed in unbeatable fully furnished apartments in Tel Aviv city center and will be given 50 NIS per a day for buying groceries in order to be as independent as possible during the program.

This Onward Israel program is operated through a partnership between the Beacon and Shapira Foundations and other leading philanthropists and the Magen David community in Mexico, and it is organized with the partnership of Hanoar Hatzioni and Young Judaea. We managed to create a program adapted to meet the needs of young people from Latin America, and we strongly believe it will provide them with highly effective tools for the future.

    The program includes:

    • Internship according to each participant’s professional orientation. Internships will be held in English.
    • Innovation Program – an Entrepreneurship program.
    • The Incubator – A workshop for ventures development.
    • Social Entrepreneurship – a Meet & Greet with young entrepreneurs.
