Digital Marketing and Social Media Fellowship
The Digital Marketing and Social Media course will take place at one of the leading Israeli colleges for the high tech industry – HackerU. The course will cover the basics of digital marketing and social media,
The program is 4 weeks long and takes place in Tel Aviv. For 4 days of the week you will have Hebrew learning class (15 classes in total) in the morning and a Digital Marketing course (13 meetings in total) in the afternoon or evening.
Tel Aviv Marketing and Event Planning Fellowship
In this fellowship, you will receive professional enrichment in event planning, production, operations, photography, marketing, sales, social media, business development, graphic design, web development, video editing and more. By the completion of your program, using the skills you have developed during your enrichment program, you and your peers will plan and execute an event in central Tel Aviv!
Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fellowship
The program is 4 weeks long and takes place in Tel Aviv. This program aims to foster and promote social initiative and social entrepreneurship within the community. The participants will take part in classes and workshops in social entrepreneurship and innovation. This program is designed to give you the opportunity to impact your summer and make it meaningful, while also enjoying your time in Tel Aviv.
Social Media for Israel Fellowship
The program is 4 weeks long and takes place in Tel Aviv. This program is designed to give you the opportunity to impact your summer and make it meaningful, while also enjoying your time in Tel Aviv. The program is in cooperation with “Stand with Us” organization. The program will expose you to the reality facts and variety of thought and opinions of the day to day life in Israel. During the program you will have a chance to participate in interesting workshops, travel on field trips and taking Hebrew lessons.
Step into the world of coding and the Israeli Hi-tech industry through a course led by ITC (Israel Tech Challenge) and explore living independently in Tel Aviv Israel.
Since its inception, Onward Israel has employed rigorous pre and post-program evaluation, designed to empirically assess the program's impact. The results are clear: Onward Israel works.

In recent days, and despite the high rate of vaccinations in Israel, there has been a resurgence of COVID-19 transmissions in Israel, stemming from the Delta Variant. In response, the Ministry of Health has restored the obligation to wear facemasks in indoor locations and is considering limitations on entry to certain venues for only vaccinated or recovered from COVID-19 individuals. The list of countries that Israelis cannot travel to is begin updated and additional restrictions and regulations at the airport are being considered. Onward Israel obliges all of its participants to wear masks at indoor activities and is now limiting participation in future programs to only vaccinated and COVID-19 recovered participants.
Today, the US Embassy in Israel published a Level 3 Health notice about travel to Israel. It can be found here:

Onward Israel’s policy is to allow early departure from our 2021 summer programs because of anxiety or worries connected to COVID-19. In such cases there is no financial penalties for participants, although costs connected with changes to flight tickets as well as the required PCR test within 72 hours of departure remains the responsibility of each participant.
Onward Israel remains steadfastly committed to providing a meaningful, impactful, summer experience to each and every participant on all of our summer 2021 programs. We have planned the summer with the well-being of our participants as a cardinal concern.

On May 20th, a cease fire went to effect on Israel’s southern border with the Gaza Strip. The cease fire has been upheld since then. Due to the complexity and dynamism of the issues involved we are carefully monitoring the situation on a daily basis, and making any adjustments to our programs due to changes in the security situation.
In general, we prioritize the safety, health and security of our participants while also striving to facilitate their immersion into Israeli life and society and their exploration of the country, as key elements of the Onward Israel Experience.
